‍Dear friends of MMFN,
we are approaching the end of the year, a year full of activities both for the secretariat of the Mediterranean Network and for all Mediterranean Model Forests. This was also the year of the 30th anniversary of the International Model Forest Network, which reminded us of the importance of the work done so far to promote the sustainable development of territories.

As Rete Mediterranea we are happy and grateful to have strengthened the collaboration with our consolidated partners and even more for all those with whom we collaborated for the first time. The hope is to further strengthen our Network and encourage the development of all the Model Forest principles.

Thank you to everyone who supported us in 2022 and will continue to do so in the coming years.

First “FOREST FESTIVAL” of the Valle Aterno Model Forest Candidate to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the IMFN

‍On the evening of Saturday 17 December 2022, the founding members and candidates of the Valle Aterno Model Forest Candidate (FMVA), met to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the International Model Forest Network (IMFN), ratify the registrations of FMVA members, collect ideas and present three projects in the area.

Ifrane Model Forest Young Reporters Competition to celebrate 30°anniversary of International Model Forest Network

‍On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the International Model Forest Network, the Ifrane Model Forest Association (AFMI) has organized a series of activities for middle and high school students dedicated to environmental education and communication.
