We need "green" solutions for the development of our Planet in particular Nature-based businesses solutions and socio-economic initiatives that can make profit by marketing, promoting and enhancing, biodiversity and ecosystem services. Sustainable approaches can come from different areas for ex.: agroforestry, sustainable tourism, sustainable water management, pastoralism… Which are the best strategies for the Mediterranean landscape? Which Good Practices already exist and what are the job prospects for the new generations and for young entrepreneurs?
As part of the 7th Mediterranhean Forest Week, the Mediterranen Model Forest Network has organized a Technical Session entitled "Young entrepreneurs: how sustainable development, and Nature-based solutions (NbS) approaches, can help to protect Mediterranean climate, society and development ".
The event will be held on March 24 at 11:00 a.m and it will also be possible to follow it online.
