Exciting news from the Istria Model Forest!

Very good news arrived from Croatia, where the team of the Istria Model Forest continue to achieve impressive results on the topic of Forest Pedagogy.

In the next 15 months, the Istria Model Forest will be the leading partner in the project "In the forest as in the classroom", financed by the Erasmus + Small Partnerships in School Education program. The project involves partners from Slovenia and Croatia, both universities, municipalities and schools of different grades.

In the meantime, they published their long-awaited handbook "Forest Pedagogy - for children of the new age" with activities for parents, teachers and educators. The authors of the publication are kindergarten educator Marinela Suvalic and Ana Fornazar, master engineer of forestry and president of the Istria MF.  The handbook is very practical and intended for those who work with children, to provide the necessary content for creating their own activities and workshops.
